Senior Painting Specialist and Head of Painting Operations
As Senior Painting Specialist & Head of Painting Operations, Cory oversees all painting projects from technical planning through to final finish. Working closely with Tracey during site visits and quoting, he provides clear, practical advice tailored to each property — ensuring accurate assessments and the right systems are used from the beginning.
Cory is strongly client-focused, believing that every successful project starts with understanding the client’s needs. He ensures communication is clear, expectations are aligned, and clients feel informed and confident throughout the entire process.
For Cory, it’s simple — the client always comes first. Delivering high-quality finishes is essential, but ensuring the client feels respected, heard, and happy with the outcome is just as important.

Working under the guidance of Cory, Duan continues developing his skills while contributing to the smooth running of each project. His strong work ethic and willingness to learn ensure consistency and reliability on-site.
