Tracey is the Founder & Director of TCW Property Services and the driving force behind the business.
With a strong focus on presentation, organisation, and client care, she ensures every project runs smoothly from the first enquiry through to final completion. Tracey believes that outstanding service is just as important as outstanding workmanship.

Cory – Senior Painting Specialist & Site Lead
Cory brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in painting and property work, with a strong focus on getting the details right and making sure every job is done to a high standard.
He takes real pride in his work and genuinely cares about the outcome for each client. Cory takes the time to understand what clients want, listens carefully, and makes sure the finished result reflects their expectations.
From preparation through to final finish, his attention to detail and consistency are what set his work apart. He’s reliable, easy to deal with, and committed to making the process as smooth as possible.

Assistant Painter
Duan is an important part of the TCW Property Services painting team, working closely alongside Cory on all projects.
As an Assistant Painter, Duan focuses on detailed preparation and paint application to ensure every job meets the professional standards our clients expect. He understands that quality finishes start with proper preparation and careful attention to detail.
Working under the guidance of Cory, Duan continues developing his skills while contributing to the smooth running of each project. His strong work ethic and willingness to learn ensure consistency and reliability on-site.
