Whether it’s working around busy family schedules, helping with colour decisions, or explaining the process clearly, he makes the experience smooth and stress-free.

Duan — Assistant Painter
Duan is developing his skills under the guidance of Cory, our Foreman Painter with over 25 years of experience.
Working closely alongside Cory, Duan focuses on surface preparation and painting, learning the correct techniques, standards, and attention to detail that TCW Property Services is known for.
From sanding and masking to applying paint, Duan understands that proper preparation is the foundation of a professional finish. Under Cory’s mentorship, he continues building his skills while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
