How we arrange the clean

- Choose your main family or executor contact and tell us about cherished items, rooms or belongings to leave untouched.
- Take time to review the written plan and quote. We answer your questions before you decide.
- Agree access and timing together, including any arrangements that would help you feel more comfortable.
Belongings and additional work
Nothing is removed or discarded without clear instructions. Contents removal, rubbish disposal and specialist cleaning are not automatic inclusions. Tell us about mould, hazards or unusual conditions so the right assessment can be arranged. Painting and garden work are quoted separately.
What will it cost?
The cleaning quote depends on the property condition, rooms and agreed tasks. If you need the complete property-cleaning package, its existing terms are a $75 assessment credited to accepted work and a $1,200 minimum including GST. An additional $15 travel charge applies more than 15 km from Rolleston.
